This jacket will keep you warmer than any fleece jacket. It is a good for layering on really cold days. Also it is a great workout jacket because of the zippered underarms. However it is better to wear a long sleeve shirt with the jacket because the inner reflective insulation can feel kinda like plastic against your skin when working out. The fit is nice without being to tight or shapeless. It has a nice shape that accents a woman's body.
